A lo largo de estos más de 10 años de Preve-System la empresa a evolucionado mucho. El mercado laboral cambia y nosotros nos adaptamos a las nuevas necesidades y tendencias. ¿Y por qué os contamos esto? Porque desde hace un año hemos incorporado el Team Building a la empresa, una actividad que trae muchos beneficios a los trabajadores. En este post os contamos nuestro team building de Navidad en el que aprendimos cosas nuevas y, sobre todo, en el que nos lo pasamos muy bien.

Nuestro team bulilding
Nuestro Team Building de Navidad tuvo lugar en uno de los pueblos más bonitos de España, Vilafamés. Durante el día nos esperaban actividades lúdicas, pero también pequeños talleres prácticos dónde los componentes del equipo presentaban sus roles dentro de la empresa. ¿Queréis conocerlos mejor? Comenzamos las actividades en la pastelería de Rafael Galindo, dónde Carolina, la responsable de comunicación nos propuso un concurso de fotografía. Después de resumirnos algunos consejos sobre la fotografía con el móvil, nos planteó un mínimo de fotografías para hacer. ¿La razón? Preve-System es una empresa activa en la redes sociales, y todos los profesores realizan fotografías de los cursos para publicarlas, con estos consejos y la práctica del concurso, todos mejoramos nuestras composiciones.

La siguiente parada fue en el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Vilafamés. Joan Feliu, su director, nos hizo una pequeña introducción y después nos perdimos entre las salas de este palacio gótico para disfrutar de todas las obras de arte.

La actividad central del día fue la visita a la bodega de Mayo García. Allí disfrutamos con todos los sentidos de una cata de vinos y cava.

David, profesor de la formación de trabajos especiales, realizó una curiosa actividad sobre nudos. Repartió cuerdas para todos y, en la plaza de Vilafamés, enseñó nudos muy prácticos tanto para los trabajos en altura como para vida diaria.

Después de comer, continuamos con las actividades. Diego, profesor de ergonomía y Método Pilates, nos pasó una pequeña prueba sobre la espalda y nos explicó cómo y por qué debíamos sentarnos correctamente en la silla.

El final del team building fue la actividad de Marcos, director técnico y gerente de Preve-System. El momento de agradecimiento por este gran año y de mirar hacia 2019. Un nuevo año con muchos retos para la empresa y el equipo.
Y la presentación del team building 2019, una actividad saludable y solidaria, la carrera de empresas de ADECCO. Marcos entregó las camisetas deportivas de Preve-System, les esperan unos meses de entrenamientos.
Y hasta aquí un team building para recordar en el que aprendimos muchas cosas y sobre todo, vivimos juntos un día fuera del trabajo con grandes momentos.
